I have some remote users that come in through vpn, however, the ras on the server tells me one connects at 10Mbit but the other connects at 9600bits, the latter connection is excrutiatingly slow, whereas the first user is fine. they both go out on the same network connection through a cable internet provider both are located in the same office. i've tried recreating vpn dial-up, looked all over the computer as far as i know. any suggestions?
