VP Pro indicator lights

I'm having trouble with phones showing voicemail indicators for hunt groups. The users are setup with the source numbers, and if you drill though the voicemail buttons on the phone itself you see the group names and the fact that there are messages there. Any idea on why the indicator is not lighting?

I always use HGroup name as the source number and it works for me. do you have it set that way?

Yup. Thus why the users see the hunt group on their phones.

Make the user a group member as well. Can be unticked.

they are members of the group.

No spaces in group name. Go to group name> copy
Then user source number H<paste>.

Try a reboot. I had a new source number with no access to that group in visual voice. Reboot cleared it.

Failing that, name the group something else.
