Can anybody help out there? I am trying to get Avaya iPhone Manager Pro working over a VPN and it seems that the bandwidth is the only thing stopping it from working. Im using VPN Client to PIX515 v6.3.4 and the G729A codec. I have been able to use it briefly so I know it's not a fixup problem on H323, but most of the time I am unable to get the "softphone" working. The Phone switch is an Avaya IP403 and QOS is an issue I will worry about once I get it working. I intend to set up a site to site VPN using 1MB SDSL at one site and a 2Mbps leased line at the main site. The problem is that I cant get it to work over the VPN and I am now considering the expensive option of a site to site leased line. My intention was to use a Cisco 828 at the remote site. I have a 3640 in front of the Pix and a 6509 switch plus an Avaya Voice Priority processor at the main site.
Any help greatly appreciated!

what do you mean "working"

does it connect, and login okay? or what?

you have a Nat 0 setup for the subnet on the IP Office, to the vpn subnet?

The VPN connects fine and I can ping the IP Office switch. But Voicemail Pro fails to respond. I have tested it over analog at 33kbps and it all works fine so the problem must be firewall related. I have a Nat 0 rule for the VPN pool addresses.
