Gents/Ladies,

Have a G350 connected to IP Office through a H450 line. There are three extension ranges on the 350, 1xxx,3xxx, and 5xxx. The range on the IP Office is 4xxx. Anyone can call and have good connection except the 1xxx range. The call sets up (rings, shows name and extension) but no voice traffic - neither paryt can hear the other. Any suggestions?
