Hello all, I have a client with an Avaya IP office 500 V2 phone system using the version 9.0.6 phone manager. Voicemail's for all users seem to get cut off in the middle of the message. Sometimes the message will end, and then re-loop for a few seconds before ending. Any ideas on what could be causing this and how to resolve the issue? The SD cards have been getting worse lately.
The last three installs I have done the SD cards have had clipping that I have had to work around. The current system I'm building has bad clipping and the SD card wouldn't upgrade to CP 9.7.1 because the card couldn't complete the backup.
In your situation, the SD card may not have long left. You could back up the config and recreate the SD card to see if that eases your symptoms.
Some songs are very, very long. This one isn't.
