Has anyone a problem with the voicemailpro 3.0.17 and the ip-office software 3.0.59.
My problem is that i can't record a message trough a phone, for a queue or something like that.

And older voicemail pro software, does stop working after 2hours.

 
Sounds like a licensing issue. When you pull down a config, does the VM Pro license show as valid?
 
VM Pro license shows valid.
With VMpro 3.017 all other thing work, only i can't record messages.

 
Is is just recording queue prompts that is giving trouble? If using in Intuity mode, have you built a module for this purpose?

I have built a module for recording messages. There is no speech. and no recorded messages.
 
do any other voicemails record and play properly ie. mailbox messsages, greetings etc. ? what sort of phone are you using to record ? are you picking up the handpiece ?
 
I thinkthere is a licence key proplem with the 3.0.59 software.
Afther 2 hour of working the voicemail pro software is not funcional anymore.

Has anyone the same problems.
 
move dongle to another pc and repoint licence server ip address.
