Hi all.

I have a group that it receives an e.mail with the audio file attached from my voicemail using voicemailpro. That work OK.

I have a question.

VoiceMailPro use 2 ways using a differents menu for sending this email to the same mailbox using the transfer option to the group. Is it possible change the SUBJECT to the mail to identify that way use VoiceMailPro to sending this?. Is important for me identify in outlook for example, what is the msnu that the incoming caller used.

Very thanks!.

You can thru the registry;

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Avaya\Media Services\Directories

Then look for EMAILSUBJECT / EMAILSUBJECTUNKNOWNCALLER / EMAILTEXT those can be edited. Don't remove the %s%s for time and date.

Very thanks for your help.

But this change is for all the emails sent. Can I change this only for the emails send for example in the MODULE1 using VMPRO?.

Thanks.

In the eMail action in VMPro you can, double click on it and click the "specific" tab.

In the Subject or Content you can use;

$CLI to show the CLI of the caller
$DDI the dialed DDI or DID number
$KEY for the key press on the menus
.......ect

try it and press the help option, it won't bite...:)

but i still have a little problem.

If I edit the register I modify all the send subjects emails.

My problem is I need attach the one recorde message into the user mailbox but this record can be created into 2 differnts menus but the e.mail that I need send the mailbox is the same.

I need made any difference in 2 mails sent in the same module and if use the e.mail toolbar I think i can't record the incoming message for the incoming call.

Vaery thanks.

@Kiyuu, Make an export of the module, open it in notepad and post the code here. Or make a screen shot.

Then we can see a bit more.

Find attached very simple example.

I need when I transfer to this group using the option 1 in menu and a group mailbox is recorded and an email is sending to the specified email account to this group, made any difference between the emails sent for this group when is recorded the message using the 2 option is the menu.

Very thanks.

Are you use the mail option from the IPO or from the VMPro?

Better use VMPro to do the mailing;

Add a group (GROUP1 or the HG name you have)in the VMPro, Add a leave option then connect the

start point > voice question > email

Fill in all the parts for email and you done.

It seems is the best solution but...

When I use the voice question and the target is the email box and then go to an e.mail action, the user receive 2 mails, one of them with the attach (in the question answer, the target is the mailbox and the email is sent using IPO) and other using email action (VMPRO).

I would like using the voice question, this action attach the record to an e.mail and I can edit the subject.

More easy. I search the best solution to attach the mailbox to an email and edit the subject for any case.

Do you think is this possible?

Thanks!

Yes you can.
