voicemail to email in CMM 6.2

Hi, could some one help me with this issue please. I am trying to setup voicemail to email on CMM 6.2. When I hit send test email, I get cannot log into email server. On the SMI when I click on run test for both IMAP and POP3 it says connection refused. Where do I enable POP3 and IMAP in cmm 6.2?
