9.1.7. Has anyone seen this? Only on one user it seems. Any input?

Just one user? Delete and recreate. Also try playing the the VM_TRUNCATE_TIME on the NoUser Source Numbers.

Thanks turned out to be an issue with user's PC/wave player.
