Voicemail Pro

Using IPO 403v2 with v2 voicemail pro.
I want to log onto the voicemail then dial the mailbox i want to edit from anywhere.(example: from x201 i could use 1 shortcode to change all company messages etc) I had this working before like this on pro and lite:

Any ideas?

It should still work!
make sure that "?Anonymous" is spelt correctly & all the mailboxes you wish to change have a VM Passcode
