Is there anyway to program the system, that if someone calls and phone number and it goes to voicemail that you press some buttons to be able to input another extension. On our Merlin Magix Messaging when the voicemail kicks on you can press *8 and be able to select another extension.

What do you mean in Intuity Mode. Do you have to set something?

Yes, in voice mail pro under Admin/preferences/default telephony interface. set it to intuity. I'm not sure how the change will affect users who are set up already as I never use IP office mode.

you will need to retrain them if you make the change, as that is all the keystrokes involved with how they use their mailboxes
