Voicemail Pro - Still Queued Message never plays 1

Do you find that when you have configured some custom actions for Avaya Office voicemail pro that you only ever get the 'queued' message modlue - 'StillQueued' never plays?

Check the number of characters in the hunt group!

If it is over 14, some versions will never play the StillQueued module.

Shorten the huntgroup name and save, re-create the module, save and make live (you may need to restart the service too, for some reason).

Job done. :)

I can SeeThru but this is a issue known for a long time. If the first eight chars of a name is unique then there will never be a problem.

I had't come across this before - I had either used shorter names for the group, or had queuing off - after a bit of searching and trial and error I located a tind litte addition to a help file that highlighted the problem.

I had done a search on here, and not found anything, so hopefully it will help someone else in the same boat!
