Do you find that when you have configured some custom actions for Avaya Office voicemail pro that you only ever get the 'queued' message modlue - 'StillQueued' never plays?
Check the number of characters in the hunt group!
If it is over 14, some versions will never play the StillQueued module.
Shorten the huntgroup name and save, re-create the module, save and make live (you may need to restart the service too, for some reason).
Job done.
