voicemail pro skipping

Hi I'm on 7.0.23, with vmpro installed on a Windows server and when a caller leaves a message on an user's box, the first few seconds are not recorded. Anyone knows a solution?

Try an upgrade to 7.0.31 (IPO) and 7.0.32 (VMPro)
