Voicemail Pro Server Issue - Not creating User mailbox when created in IPO

Have a site with an 8.0(66) IP Office and Voicemail Pro on a customers server.

Issue is that when a new user is created, the voicemail pro is not creating a mailbox. This site uses a large amount of virtual mailboxes, so it may be a limit issue ? They have about 846 mailboxes currently. I haven't been able to find documentation on a user limit yet.

I have checked on the server and the folder for the new user is not being created. I tried some test users with different extensions as well. Same result.

Any thoughts ? Thanks !!

stop and restart the voicemail pro services, this should resolve the issue
 
Last I knew 500 or so MBs was the limit for that release.

Thanks for the responses.

The customer rebooted their server last night and the missing mailboxes came up.

They've had this issue before apparently, and would like a solution. I checked out some documentation, and the best I found said "no limit". I've heard there is a hidden limit.

It is a limitation of the IPO not the VM server, the IPO only allows so many extensions so that will limit the MBs.

a stop and restart would have worked as well as suggested earlier
