All of a sudden when new users try to change the default passcode that was set for them the vm server is saying the passwords are invalid.
Anyone have any ideas??

try to overwrite the password on one user with a new one and see if that user can then log in with it. If that works then change them all as something has happened to your config.

Hi westi
Overwriting didn't work...any ideas??

Maybe try a restart of the voicemail pro service? I've seen similar issues in the past that are resolved by either a reboot of the VM server or a restart of the VM service.

a memory leak on the vmpro computer will cause that issue. In that case a computer reboot always solves the issue. Till the next app memory leak on the computer.

Hi Guys
Thanks for the answers. The vm server does a scheduled reboot every night
rebooting doesn't help :(
