So I have a customer that has 4 remote sites across a SCN with Voicemail Pro at main site. All sites have 500v2's at 6.1. Everything was working fine until today. One of the sites, if I call and go to voicemail, I get "please enter your extension and pound sign" not the users message. All the extensions do this at this site. On SSA I can see it go to the users mailbox but do not get their greeting, I get voicemail login. Looked at vmpro client and the mailboxes for this site are in italics and light gray vs. the rest of the mailboxes. (see attachment) One other thing is in SSA for the remote site it shows no messages for anyone but in VMPRO client it has them as having messages. I'm stuck, anyone seen this?

4 sites with that numbering scheme??? Why not 4 digit and some better assemblance of order???

You might want to start by checking users and groups for any duplicates across all sites.

Football is not a matter of life and death-It is far more important!!!!

Jamie: Not sure why a 3 digit numbering scheme is bad for multi site and don't really have time to explain why they did it as it is isn't relevant to my issue. There are no duplicates.

Bas: Thank you. That was it. I didn't even think to enable it as it was checked on in manager (i know, that doesn't mean it's enabled or disabled). Honestly I've never seen or disabled mailboxes in vmpro before so I wasn't sure what the italics meant. Now my question is this whole site was enabled and working as of this last weekend, how did the whole site get disabled? Not sure if we'll find an answer to that one though, :)

Thanks again Bas!
