Install VMPRO on your laptop, assuming you have one. Build your VMPRO confgiurations, or call flows there, and then export, and import them to your field system.
By doing so, you can keep a few modules in your VMPRO on your laptop after you get a few set up. Some standard modules I would suggest would be.
1) Recordings AA- to record all the greetings used in your call flows.
2) Paging modules
3) Module for weekly schedule start point to determine DAY, or NIGHT.
4) Conference bridge module.
5) Standard day AA with dial by names, last and first, and other common actions you determine are common.
6) Standard Night AA as above.
Remember you can have a VMPRO set up on the laptop with everything already set up in it that you can think of. You can copy, and paste modules, portions of modules, actions, etc from one module to another. Then delete what you do not need from that everything including the kitchen sink VMPRO set up. Change the token names, etc as needed, and save all the basic set op time. It will still take a bunch of editing, and tweaking, but you know you are using tested modules, etc.
