Voicemail Pro Intuity Mode - voicebox with just announcement

I need, just for a few people, a personal voicemail box for them where the caller cannot leave a message.
They just want to answer with a message like "Hi, you have reached my voicemail. Please call again next business day." Without option to leave a message.

Before you say, this is simple. Just add a Generic Action with this Wav file.
How would the user record his greeting? They only use Workplace. I.e. I'm looking for something simple to allow them to change the greeting using Workplace.

In IP Office Mode, there is the option to save the recording with 4 instead of the usual 3. This will set the box to "continuously play".
You can set up your personal greeting message so that it plays continuously. If you do this, callers cannot leave messages or access any breakout options.

I want to keep Intuity mode, for other reasons.

In the leave action, play the wav ../Greetings/JohnSmith_1.wav

No need to have a menu with timeout to play the recording. You can just use a generic action here.
