Voicemail Pro Dial By Name

When the caller searchs the directory and the names are liste to them, it takes 3 Minutes before the system provides additonal instructions such as *3 to clear list and enter a new name. Can this time be changed so the caller knows what option to press?

Well it only takes sixty seconds before you are prompted with more information. You can always record that information(*3 etc) and play it before the DBN action is accessed.

Thanks for the reply, I had the customized greeting in there already, I guess there no way to shorten the delay from 60 seconds.

I play that as the entry prompt before they enter in the name so they know what to do.
