I have an enduser extension that I just switched the name and changed the password for voicemail. So extension 505 used to be Sally. Now 505 is John. Since I did that, extension 505 is not showing any voicemail messages on the phone when people call and are in fact leaving messages. When I dial in and try to pull the voicemail from the backdoor using extension and password, it states no messages.
However, when I look on the VMPro server under Accounts and John's voicemail server, there are voice messages sitting there and I can play them.
Any suggestions on how I can reset John's voicemail so they start to show up on the phone with a red light? I did email all the wav files to John so it should be safe for me to delete all the current voicemessages sitting on the server if I need to. Thanks so much in advance!!
