I am so new to all of this that I don't even know how to phrase these two questions.

1. My Dterm Series E phones always say "MSG 1" when there are any new messages, even if there are more than 1 of them. What have I done wrong?

2. I would very much like to be able to call in from outside the facility, and than be able to make a call from within the system to an outside line (I think this is called "bridging"), especially so clients don't end up with "Unavailable" calling card identifiers or caller id numbers that they really can't use to get back in touch with us. Is that possible and what questions should I ask?

If It helps, I have local, long distance, and internet provided by the same southeast company over two T1 lines (I believe). I have dialpro voicemail on an Octel 200 server. And I have a handful of NEC NEAX 2000IVSs (how do you write the plural?!) going.

Thanks so much, RUA

Russell I Have answered this elsewhere but here I can point you to a way of finding out the codes on your system. See this FAQ

If you would feel like rating it whilst there It would be appreciated.
