We have upgraded our IPO and VMPro to 4.2 a week back. Now when check our voicemail it seems to take a couple seconds longer for the "Welcome to IP Office". Sometimes it even skips a little bit like you will hear something like "Welcome IP Office" or it will speed up real quick when you are listening to messages. What are some things I can check to fix this issue. When we upgraded we did move the VMPro to a new server.

thanks

I have noticed the same issue with all of our customers as well. I have not found a fix.

Same here. not seen the speeding up but i have noticed a second or 2 delay.

seen it on new installs as well as upgrades.

Again, not found a fix.

Something is weird about this...now if someone is in their voicemail it responds really slow. For example if they try to change their greeting or change password the VMPro begins to skip around. Any thoughts?

have you tried a full uninstall reboot reinstall?

Try to run the vmpro service on local?!

I've noticed this too after upgrading to 4.2

It seems after time the time I had to wait before pressing "2" and then "0" to listen to messages has gotten shorter.. But maybe I'm just used to it..

After I type in my password, if I wait a split second I can get in.. if I press "2" IMMEDIATELY after the password I get invalid entry.. But if I wait a split second, not even a full half second, it works.. but I swear it was 1 full second at least on the new install.. it's bizarre.

Are you running 4.2.27 if so upgrade to 4.2.30

I have changed the service from network to local for the service. I restart it and it didn't seem to fix the issue. I believe I am on 4.2.27 so I will try the upgrade.
