I want to setup a greeting that can be remotely changed via a phone by anyone with the proper access. Just like if a person wanted to change their own voice mail greeting because they are out of the office for the day from home. I would like to have someone able to dial into the autoattendant change the message to a pre-recorded message that says the offices are closed due to inclement weather. Without having to physically be at a nortel phone set to do it. We currently have 4 greetings, for Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Closed, I can add another greeting but can i select it to run somehow the way i mentioned. By a simple phone call with a couple of prompt changes.
