Aside from Audix, what other voicemail solution will work with Definity?

Octel works for me. Also Modular Messaging.

All Avaya Products

1a2 to ip I seen it all

Duvoice makes a nice inexpensive product. They sent me a unit to play with for about a month. I think that it would be a good choice in a smaller environment than ours. The V-email feature that comes with this unit is very nice.

Cisco Unity is a great unified messaging platform..

Integrates well via SMDI.

Most voice mail makers make a system that will intergrate with Definity, but u loose some features because the limitations of not having a link.

We use a voicemail system called Object World. It's pretty nice, integrates with our Exchange server and all that Jazz. :)

The features that u loose if u don't go with Avaya is "transfer to audix" won't work from the PBX, and the transfer out of audix feature with coverage options doesn't work with other non Avaya systems. This increases chances of toll fraud unless u lock down the PBX very carefully.
