voicemail coverage second call

On a Rel 8.0 is there a way that you can setup a phone that has 3 call appearences so that the second call will go straight to voicemail. By the way the phones are T7316

No, only with 2 call appearances....but with 8.1 even if you only have 2 appearence keys and have 2 active calls you can still transfer, not sure if that's of any help

Thanks. That's what I was thinking. Now the customer will say:well my BCM used to do it.

Well then remind them why they changed, the IPO can do more than the BCM could ever do and then some, sure they lose the odd bit but gain more
