I am running a G75. During the past week several stations have been going directly to v/m bypassing the given coverpath.....any suggestions what could cause this. When I remove the station and add station back it's ok....but want to know how to remedy the cause. TY

Sounds to me like the stations were forwarded or they had their send-calls activated.

I never got to work a lot with System 75, but on a G3 you can check by doing a status station to tell if either of those features are activated. Don't know if you can do that on a 75 or not.

No they were all going to cover, not forward or send all

Call forward can be set to go to any extension either from the specific phone or from a phone w/console permissions. I would take ctr999s advice and status the station should this happen again. Command is 'st st xxx' and in the upper right you will see the data you are looking for. If it has been forwarded using the access code you just have to use the cancel code again either from the phone itself or from a phone w/console permissions.

If it said "cover" on a display when they were called then their send calls was probably activated. That is what you would see on a G3.
