Is there a way to lower the volume of a voicecall, it seems to blair out real loud when you voicecall an extension. Does the phone volume control this issue, or is it not possible to adjust.

it is controlled by the speakerphone volume

in system programming, verify that the volume is 'controlled' by the set and not hte system
