Can a person use voice recognition on a web site?

What would a software cost for voice recognition?

Probably, but not with HTML and most of your users wouldn't be able to make use of it. About the only way it could work would be for the user to record whatever needs to be recognized in a .wav file and then uploaded to the server. But this has a ton of problems not to mention the quality of the file as well as not many users have the tools - or the knowhow - to create this file.

There's always a better way. The fun is trying to find it!
