Voice Quality Monitor for Meridian PBX?

I have a number of PBX's from Option 11 to Option 81's in various contries, I want to be able to monitor each of them for voice quality, and be able to initiate calls to check various routes back to the head office. Anyone know of a device that will do this? I would like to be able to access it via IP or Modem.

Are you talking IP networks or traditional networks?

In release 4, there are support for voice quality control from point to point.

i would build a loop back test number in the remote sites, dialing it from head-quarters would take the desired path out and back to test end to end

Both IP and Traditional, I have seen alot of products for IP but the traditional is the more difficult piece to monitor. Thanks for your help.
