We have been having intermittent voice quality issues with our phone system. Partner II w/ expansion cabinet total of 8 ea. 206 cards. T1 into IAD (Adtran 616).
Seems to get worse in rainy weather? Recieve side will hear what they describe as a "digital/computer voice" for a few seconds intermittently throughout the conversation. This is not heard by the callers, only the person on the Partner II end hears the digitization of the voice. 13 incoming lines with 48 extentions. This has been reported on all lines and all extenstions with no particular pattern discerned.
CLEC wants to blame Partner II or Verizon. Verizon claims no errors in the log on the T1. Anyone run into something like this before?
