Ok first off this is a totally different menu than my pevious posts. I made some changes to the client's main voice menu last weekend and now they are reporting that whenever more than one call comes in, it forwards that call to a certain extension in the building 5156. Now that number is not is this menu whatsoever. Also, this did not happen until I made the changes. I changed the recording, and edited the menu selections to match what they need. Any ideas on what might be wrong? I looked at the menu and it looks fine to me....
