If it's call pilot (and maybe Mermail - I forget) while listening to the message;
73
enter list of mailboxes follwed by #, 3 again to stop entering mailboxes (1 address= <ext>##)
press 5 to record a message to the recipient followed by # to stop recording
79 to send message.
