Old MICS with an older voicemail (looks just like the MICS box)

The system has been up and running forever, table one, greetings 1 - 4, answer on 4th ring and all was working.

Then last week the system started answering with the system manager box (100).

I can't figure what got changed. I have a RAD connection, so it's an easy fix but can anyone give me a clue where to look?

I can't find what is pointing at that box. [nosmiley]

Any ideas?

TIA.

100 = gen dely (usually tied to attendant phone) that is cfna/cfb to vm
or some other phone (with no mailbox), where the line is ringing is sending the call to vm

I run into this a lot at one particular customer site. Make a list of all the ringing sets, and then have someone on site go to each of these phones and press f#4.

Also make sure the recept. phone is not forwarded to v/m. And have forward no answer on recept. phone be more rings that what A/A is set for.
