voice mail problem

I have a tva 50 configured with AA custom service prompt. For some reason the personal voice mail greeting for no answer doesn't work. the default greeting is the one that the caller hear instead of the personal greeting

Nice. You give 1/2 the information and expect an answer? What system, what did you do to tell the system you're sending follow-on ID, and did it synch up? When you call the VM system, do you get the login prompt, or the "enter your mail box" prompt?
