have cic with call pilot 100.#1 icm calls never go to vm.#2 out side calls that are ans then transfered never go to vm(if you do a direct to vm transfer it works fine.#if i forward no answer and fordward when busy to vm port (315)what seems to be happening is that when a call comes in from outside the lowest dn i set forward no answer to (302)then vm picks up with that dn personal greeting (picks up on one ring)soo i have since removed all call forwards so customer may receive calls.i might add that i am rather new to nortel equipt mostly work with avaya thanks in advance
 
Got to be the longest run-on sentence I've seen today.

You probably have too many ringing locations for main lines.

If a station has ring/appear set on the station and it also has forward N/A and Forward busy to VM set. at that point if someone is using their phone and a call comes in, it will forward to one of the VM Boxes that has an extension in use.

Try setting the stations to only forward on No Answer and set the number of answers equal or higher than the AA answering. otherwise a call that rings for the number of rings for forward NA will be sent to one of the mailboxes (somewhat randomly).

This problem may not be new but it is happening to one of my customer with a call pilot 150. What my customer is experiencing are call routing issues through the AA. Once the AA answers the call, the caller makes a selection of an extension to be transfer to, no action was taken by the vm. Instead the caller just gets dead air. This happens randomly. Any suggestions or solutions is appreciated.
 
Hi Guys,

I have one problem regarding call forward to VM when extension is busy.

I have defined hunt DN and enabled cls as hta.

still it gives " destination busy ring again"

can anyone help asap???
