Voice mail message disappears. 2

We have a call pilot 150. Some on complained that a voice mail message they were saving disappeared. Does Call Pilot automatically start deleteing when mail box is full or does it automatically delete old messages after so long?

Yes it does delete old messages (that have already been listened to)

The default class of service will delete a message after 30 days.
If a message is deleted before this then it is possible someone is hacking into mailboxes and deleting messages.
Make sure passwords are not easy to guess like 1234.
I have seen this happen before.
