Voice Mail Greeting Set Up

Can someone tell us how to change our voice mail greting we have tried differnt things but nothing works. Can someone give us the steps to program this. We have a Partener system release 4.1

which voice mail system do you have ? would be partner mail or partner mail vs - different process to change greetings for each

ext 99" , enter password, press 9, press 3 for auto attendant, 1 for day, or 2 for night, press 6 to modify, press *# to skip selector codes and then change greeting.
