I am trying to figure out how to call in to check our voicemail. I think the extension is like 770 or something, when you try that, it says that that extension is disabled for outside callers. Where is the setting that you can enable users from the outside to access certain mailboxes? I have no idea how my system works, but i have a Merlin Legend. The module is 007 MLM. I dont have WinSPM, i use the admin (9997) and/or RS232 cable on the 007.
