I Installed CICS w/ cid . The company has v_mail form The co. i set v message to yes. but the phone does not say you have a message.

Did you enter the number used to access the VM? A local remote access number, or '*98' from the actual set.

Under telco features in terminals and sets make sure line 1 is set to external vmsg set.

When in doubt RTFM (read the friggin manual)
