Voice mail/Call center

I am new to the Norstar system so I am still learning the features. I have a user that when she is on the phone taking a call and another person calls her, the caller is routed to our call center instead of her voice mail. However, when she is not on the phone, her voice mail picks up. Any suggestions or troubleshooting tips are greatly appreciated.
 
Look for Call Forward Busy in Capabilties under that set.
Cahnge it to voice mails DN, F985 to find out.

Thank you for your reply. I checked F985 and the DN is pointed correctly for the voice mail. Should I just go ahead and F#4 to cancel any call forwarding that might be there? Thank you.
