Voice calls arent clear

Some calls arent heard clearly kind of a in and out of the person I'm speaking too. This problem is intermediate.

If these are IP phones verify QoS on the switches between the handsets and the CM.
Usually intermittent stutter is caused by incorrect QoS configuration, or lack of QoS.
