Thanks for the reply whykap. I cannot find the parameter though. I went to System>Enterprise Parameters thinking it was there. Did not see it. Obviously, I must be looking in the wrong place and if you would point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it!
Click System > Service Parameters.
Select the server.
Select Service "Cisco CallManager"
Find the Maximum Call Duration Timer field. (about half way down the page)
Remember, this will change the parameter for EVERY phone on the system.
