Hi,
I notice there are two network connections on the VOIBE cards in our system but we are only uing one for each card. I have looked in the system programming but can only see config options for one network card, are we able to use this second connection or not?
Basically we are still having problems with our IP handsets losing sync with the system, everything possiblt has been done to solve this issue. The LDK-300 firmware has been updated and so has the VOIBE firmware, we have also updated the firmware on all our handsets. We also have a dedicated VLAN for our IP handsets so there are no external traffic issues but still we have a problem and we would like to finally solve it, our system maintainer has explored all possible options and spoken with LG directly.
Thanks all for your help.
