Vodavi Trian Starplus 24-phone voice mail set up

How do I put voicemail on each of the 5 lines coming in?
How do I put dial-by-name & ext. number in the directory?
The girl before me set it up and left no notes behind.
I have never worked on this phone system before and the manual is like Greek to me. Can anyone walk me thru it?

What system do you have. What does the manual have on it for the telephone system type?

My system Programming & Operation book says it is STARPLUS Triad-S - Feature Package 4.
My phone is 24 button, not 24 phone.
