CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO GET THE DIRECTORY IN VOICEMAIL
TO SERCH BY FIRST NAME ,INSTEAD OF LAST NAME FIRST.

You need to hook up laptop or pc to the voicemail card and use the mailbox assignment screen and go to the name mode field (near the top of page) and repeatedly press the enter key to toggle to where it says last name (name field). Press the up arrow to highlight L in last and enter a F and press the enter key, the value will change to first name.
If you need more help, it's in the manual under flash based voicemail programming,page 447. Good Luck
