vmPro to e-mail alerts problem 1

I am using vmPro with Outlook Express to send e-mail alerts to my smtp voice mailbox, but it doesn't work. When I check the SMTP-10052007.log file it says my isp will not send out e-mail's unless there is a return address as part of the e-mail. I guess vmPro only sends out the outgoing address, not the return address. Is there a registry fix, or a way to have a return address with the outgoing e-mail.

Did you make sure to set an email address in the ip office voicemail pro settings tab in Windows Control panel? you need to set 1 there for it to send as the from address.. and it will use that 1 as the return address.. and set an smtp server there..after you add the email address there and apply.. when you click on check if it says everything is ok you should be fine..
