VMPRO recording limit

Yes..indeed some are chatters and calls take more than 1hour and VMPRO can only record the first hour of that call.
Is there a way how to tweak that limit within VMPRO?

There is a registry entry you can change, but depends on release where it is and if it can be changed or not :)

 
I thought so..but do not seem to find it...does anyone by chance know the name of the KEY?
 
Was here HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Avaya\Media Services\Directories under MAX Record Time or similar but it changed in R8 :)

 
Before that was here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Network Alchemy\VoicemailDirectories\ MaxRecordTime

If I remember correctly the real max recording time is 7200 secs or 2 hrs :)
