IP500 running R4.2(14)

VM PRO running R4.2(27) on a Windows Vista Business machine SP1, 4GB RAM, 250GB Hard drive.

Incoming call route (Line Group 10 - happens to be a dedicated LD T1) - on a Qwest T1 (D4/AMI - 3 digits - '458') - inbound route set to destination VM:MainAA

Call arrives - see it in System Status - I get no audio on the other end - caller hears nothing.

I point another incoming call route at the same VM Module ('MainAA') - works just fine - Line Group 10 or my other Line Group ('9').

No Firewall is on.

I reroute the incoming call route '458' to an extension in the IP500 - rings - works fine.

I try and reroute the call back to VM:MainAA - doesn't work. Same module VM:MainAA works on other incoming call routes.

I have now tried setting up a VM SHORTCODE - same call flow just in a 'short code' rerouted the incoming call route to a new shortcode I created in manager which then routes to the new 'shortcode' in VM PRO - call gets there - but no audio.

This is bizzare.

I don't know what else to do? Re-record the message? It works for other routes - just not my '458'

I have deleted shortcode, incoming call routes and reprogrammed - you name it - and still same result.

Anyone ever had this issue?
