I have an IPO 500 6.1(15) with a Voice Mail Pro 6.1(17) on Windows XP. The Voicemail is locking up, it will process calls fine but I can’t make any changes with the client. Changes will not take affect after hitting the save and go live without a reboot. Once the PC is rebooted the changes take effect and new changes can be made with the save and go live. The system will work fine for about 2 to 3 weeks then lock up again. This voice mail has several Conferences Bridges built on it so the customer is going in and changes the pin code for the test variable a couple times a week.
The system was doing this before I upgrade to 6.1(17) and I have reinstalled 6.1(17). Any thoughts on what I should try next?
