I did a bad job on that post.......
We were trying to login to vmpro (IP Office Application Server 7.0.10.2) using the vmpro client. Someone entered the wrong password too many times. We had not created any additional administrator accounts. Subsequent login attempts gave us a "The User is Blocked" message.
According to the docs, the account should unlock after an hour. That never happened.
We ended up reinstalling to fix the problem. Luckily, we were able to import the call flows that were automatically saved by the voicemail pro client computer. I was also able to WinSCP into the server and save the .wav files we needed.
